1100 Aluminum Sheet Description

Hot rolled 1100 pure aluminum plate is the industrial pure aluminum, and the aluminum content (mass fraction) is 99.00%, which can’t be strengthened by heat treatment.

1.1100 hot-rolled aluminum sheet is commonly used for applications that require good formability, high corrosion resistance but do not necessarily need high strength. These include aluminium panels, aluminum curtain wall panels, various spray-coated aluminium sheets, single and double-curved aluminum sheets, chemical handling and storage equipment, sheet metal products, small hardware accessories, welded assemblies, reflectors, nameplates, traffic signage facilities etc.
