Marine Grade Aluminum Plate & Sheet, Cut to Your Drawing
5083, 5086, 5754, 5052, 5454 and 5182 for hull, deck, tank and superstructure work. Plate from 3 to 50 mm, sheet from 0.5 mm, cut to size against your drawing — sourced from mills holding DNV approval, with a mill test certificate on every batch.
Product Categories
Start from the form you need or the alloy you already specified — every route ends at a page with thickness, tolerance and temper data you can quote against.
From 0.5 mmAluminum Sheet
Thin-gauge 5xxx sheet for hull plating, superstructures and general fabrication, supplied flat or from coil.
3–50 mmAluminum Plate
Heavy-gauge hull, deck and tank plate in H116 and H321, cut to length or nested to your drawing.
0.5–4 mmAluminum Coil
Coil and slit strip for continuous production — decking, panels and cladding, slit to your width.
Anti-slip treadAluminum Checker Plate
Five-bar tread plate for walkways, gangways and engine-room floors where grip and drainage matter.
Not sure which form or alloy fits? Send the drawing and the service conditions — we will confirm the grade, temper and tolerance in writing. Full alloy list, including on-request grades
Cut to Your Drawing
Four steps from your drawing to a sealed container. Every step is confirmed in writing so nothing changes between the quote and the packing list.
Send your drawing
DXF, PDF or a dimensioned sketch. Tell us the alloy, temper and finish you need — we come back with what is actually available, not a silent substitution.
Nesting and cutting
Parts are nested for minimum scrap and cut by shear or saw. Standard cut-to-length runs ±2 mm, tightened to ±0.2 mm where a weld gap depends on it.
Marking and filming
Each part is marked with its ID and heat number so it can be traced back to the certificate, and faced with PVC film to protect it through handling and welding.
Export packing
Interleaved paper, waterproof film and steel strapping on fumigated pallets, photographed before the container doors are sealed.
Marine Applications
Plate and sheet routed to the job it is specified for — hulls, decks, tanks and structures.

Fishing Vessels
5083-H116 hull plate in 6–12 mm — welds clean, resists saltwater, dents instead of tearing.

Yachts & Luxury Craft
Lightweight 5083 hulls and 5052 topsides — no rot, no osmosis, easier to repair than composite.

Cargo Vessels & Barges
Hatch covers, decks and superstructures in 5083 and 5086 — watertight and corrosion-free.

Patrol & Rescue Boats
Fast 5083 hulls — 30–40% lighter than steel for higher speed and lower fuel burn.

Tugboats & Workboats
Welded 5083 and 5086 hulls built to take impact — repairable in any yard with a TIG set.

Offshore Platforms
Helidecks, walkways and access structures — 60% lighter than steel, no sparks on impact.

Tanks & Silos
5454 and 5083 tank bodies for road tankers, storage silos and process vessels.

Shipyards & Refit
Cut-to-drawing plate for newbuild and refit work — one heat number per batch, easy to audit.
What You Can Verify Yourself
Four things that are checked before every shipment leaves — and that you can check again in your own yard.
Plate is sourced from mills holding DNV approval — the classification most marine buyers ask for. Other classification societies are available on request.
Standard cut-to-length runs ±2 mm. Where a weld gap depends on it, we tighten the tolerance to ±0.2 mm and confirm it on the drawing.
An EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate with chemical composition and mechanical properties, matched to the heat number marked on the plate.
Loading photos and the packing list are sent while the container is still open, so what you inspect is what arrives.

Before You Enquire
Are you a mill or a supplier?
We are a marine aluminum supplier. Plate and sheet are rolled by mills holding DNV approval; cutting, slitting, marking, filming and export packing are handled through our partnered processing facilities. You deal with one contact and receive one document set.
Can you cut plate to my drawing?
Yes. Send a DXF, PDF or a dimensioned sketch. Parts are nested for minimum scrap and cut to ±2 mm as standard, or ±0.2 mm on request, then marked with their part ID, filmed and packed for export.
Which alloys and tempers do you supply?
5083 and 5086 in H116 and H321; 5754 in H111 and H22/H32; 5052 and 5454 in H32; 5182 in H111 and H32. Plate runs 3–50 mm and sheet from 0.5 mm. If you need a temper outside this list, ask — we will tell you what is available rather than substitute without saying so.
What documentation comes with the material?
Every batch ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate showing chemical composition and mechanical properties, traceable to the heat number marked on the plate. Mill approval is DNV; other classification societies are available on request.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
Trial orders start from 1 ton and mixed-grade orders are welcome. Stock sizes ship in 7–15 days; cut-to-drawing and non-stock sizes typically take 20–30 days from Ningbo or Shanghai.
How is plate packed for sea freight?
Waterproof paper, anti-moisture film and steel strapping on fumigated wooden pallets, with interleaved paper between sheets. Wooden crates and edge protection are available on request.
